Our story
Since 1805, our family has been cultivating and protecting this valley, a unique biotope with a rich fauna. This natural area, Site Classé from 1995, has become part of the Port-Cros National Park for a few years.
At first it was an autarcic farm, hunting and fishing, producing fruits, vegetables, cereals, olive oil, and of course wine. Then, the last one became the main production. This heritage makes us fully conscious of our role in the conservation of this ecosystem.
Thus, a beekeeper puts hives on our lands in order to increase the pollination of local plants. Sheeps come to pasture in the winter, and fertilize fields and forests. Those actions helps biodiversity and protects the local fauna from fire and flora changes. This protects our culture from pests. Of course we produce according to the rules of organic culture.
Today, between La Croix-Valmer and Ramatuelle, we produce AOP Côtes de Provence wines. 30 hectares of vines, including rarer varietals like Tibouren or Muscat, are cultivated on the estate. Being close to the sea at the southwest of the Saint-Tropez Peninsula garantees us a windy and mild climate. The unique diversity of our soils (Granit, Schist, Clay…), helped by the grass cover and limited yields, allows us to produce lots of different flavors.

Our Wines
We care about using the previous generations’ knwoledge, but also the most modern winemaking techniques. For the reds, we use carbonic maceration for light and fruity wines, and traditional fermentation for complex and deep wines, which some are aged in oak barrels.
For rosés and whites, the blending and the temperature management are essentials.
Our clayish and granitic fields offers elegant rosé wines, with white fruits, citrus and candies aromas.
The white wines are complex, with a long mouth. The terroir expresses himself with yellow fruits and flowery aromas.
We also create every year original wines, with different types of grapes or winemaking, so as to please our customers.
