As you know, after 3 years of conversion, our wines have been certified organic on the vintage 2013 and the others. But the organic wine, how does it work ? Everything is summarized in this leaflet, but if you have other questions, it will be a pleasure for us to answer you.

We wont have any olive oil this year : a little production, combined with a strong attack of the fly of the olive, made the harvest so little that we won’t be able to sell some. So we give rendez-vous to the amateurs in November 2014 !
We have been selected in the Guide Hachette 2014 for the Classic White Wine. Here is the comment :
The Harvest is Finished ! The maturity of the grapes was late this year, because of a disturbed weather, but finally we had a good harvest, that will make good wines. The grapes are handpicked in the morning, and harvested by machine at night, in order to harvest in the best way. This vintage 2013
